CarryGo E-Bidding Platform — Terms & Conditions
1. Welcome & Engagement
Welcome to CarryGo, Nigeria’s trusted e-bidding community—where your points are your power to win electronics, gadgets, home appliances and more. These Terms help protect everyone and make bidding smooth, fair, and rewarding.
2. Bidding & Auto-Bid
- Commitment: Each bid is a serious commitment—by bidding, you intend to win if you emerge as the top bidder.
- Timing: Auctions do not extend if bids occur after the counter expires—stay alert and engaged.
- Auto-bid: Auto-bid allows you to set a maximum amount, and the system bids on your behalf up to that limit.
3. Points Wallet
- Balance: Your points balance indicates your bidding potential—points placed in active bids are not available until resolved.
- Refunds: Points from unsuccessful bids return immediately.
- Deduction: Bidding deducts your points (and any additional applicable fees).
4. Winning & Payment Obligation
- If you are the top bidder when the timer stops, you win. Please follow through promptly.
- Winners must share contact details and delivery information with an authorized agent when contacted within 2 business days.
5. Ratings & Transparency
- To ensure trust and transparency, every winner of a bidden item is required to leave a rating and short review of the transaction.
- This helps demonstrate that CarryGo is genuine, safe, and reliable, while encouraging more participants to join the community.
6. Inspect & Collect
- All items are offered “As-Is.” Please review listings carefully before bidding.
- Items must be collected within 5 days of payment and winner confirmation.
7. Fair Play & Integrity
- Cheating, bid manipulation, collusion, or misuse of the platform is prohibited and will be penalized.
- Violations may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of points, or legal action.
8. Liability & Accessibility
- CarryGo strives for smooth operations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We shall not be held liable for technical issues, delays, or service interruptions.
9. Disputes & Governing Law
Any dispute will first go through mediation, followed by arbitration in Lagos, under Nigerian law.
10. Amendments
- CarryGo may update these Terms periodically.
- Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance.
